Peach 77 Niacin Conditioning Milk

This product is exactly what it says it is – a moisture milk. This treatment works wonderfully when paired with the essence toner, and I highly encourage you to get both to boost the effects of the moisture milk. I have only three warnings regarding this product. First, be aware that there is a slight peeling action. For context, I am on a prescription of topical retinol, so my skin is already prone to dryness, peeling, redness, and sensitivity. Although it is incredibly gentle when it helps your skin turn over, it’s still important to remember if you’re already using an exfoliating or retinol product. When I did experience some peeling and redness, all I had to do was back off from it for a day or so. My skin returned to normal quickly, and I could pick it back up in my skincare rotation. The rule for me is that I do not use 77 peach milk or essence toner at night with my topical retinol therapy to avoid burns and over-exfoliation. Second, depending on how your skin reacts to hormonal changes, you may want to consider backing off or reducing the amount of moisture milk used when sebum production is at its highest otherwise, your skin might be sticky. I use this after toning with the 77 peach essence toner on days when I need more moisture, BUT- I start with a small amount and add more if I need it to avoid stickiness. Regardless, you will have a glow and dewy complexion using this product, so keep your blurring powder nearby if you need to tone down the shine on your T zone. Third, this stuff works all over the body. If you wind up disliking how this feels on your face, I strongly encourage you to try using this on your chest, legs, back, and arms. I have used both the toner essence and moisture milk in combination and separately on my body to see what would happen and the results did not disappoint. I will say, that the moisture content boosted more when I sealed everything in with a heavy moisture cream like CeraVe. Under sunscreen, it works just fine, but keep in mind that it could make you shiner or cause your sunscreen to not form a proper film to adequately protect you. For me, I usually chose to opt out of the moisture milk when my skin felt adequately hydrated from the essence and toner. All in all, I would recommend this product, and even if you wind up disliking it, you can get your money’s worth by pampering the skin on your body as well. You really can’t lose. Oh, and the fragrance is nice, too, and I usually hate fragrance in my products. I like to think of it as a floral-peachy scent.
