I’m confused about the the date on my product. Is it date of production or expiration?
Most Korean beauty products are marked with a date of production.
You can check the characters in front of the dates to be sure:
제조 = Manufactured date
까지 = Open-by date
Usually unopened products have shelf life of 2-5 years. Once opened, products are good for up to a year. Natural and/or organic products have shorter shelf life in general, and information is listed in individual product pages.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, Apple Pay, AmazonPay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal and Klarna.
What is SavedBy Package Protection?
We’ve partnered with SavedBy, a package protection solution, to offer our customers the best possible delivery experience. If purchased at checkout, your order will be protected from damage, loss, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never arrives or is damaged or stolen upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with SavedBy HERE and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are pleased to offer this service and we encourage you to protect your package with SavedBy at checkout.
My product arrived damaged. What do I do?
If you received a damaged product, please SAVE THE PACKAGE & PACKING MATERIALS and reach us at hello@ohlolly.com immediately for assistance.

My package status is DELIVERED, but I can't find it. Where is my package?
Letter carrier may have placed it in a safer location including mailbox, porch or garage. Also, check with others in your house that may have accepted it. In rare cases, package may show as 'delivered' but could take additional 24 hours.
If it has been over 24 hours from the 'delivered' status, to save time a service request may be sent by email to your local Post Office™ facility for follow-up. You will receive a confirmation number and a contact within 2-3 business days.

Do you collect sales taxes?
Domestic sales tax will be collected in accordance with sales tax laws and regulations imposed by each state. Sales tax, if any, will be shown under subtotal during checkout.
Can discount codes and/or offers be combined?
Only one (1) discount code will apply at checkout. Offers cannot be combined.

How long will my order take to get delivered?
US Domestic shipments are mailed via USPS. It typically take 3-8 business days for delivery. International shipments via DHL or UPS take 3-12 business days depending on the shipping service purchased and your destination country. Please also see Orders + Shipping.

Will I pay any import fees other than what I paid at checkout for international orders?
Import fees including duties and taxes including VAT are calculated at checkout. Once order is placed, your package is shipped out as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) and therefore you will not need to pay anything else when it is delivered to you. Please also see Orders + Shipping
What is your return policy?

Please note any open items, single-use items, items purchased using a discount code during sales (including free shipping, gift with purchase, pop-up, etc.) are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return/refund.
When will my pre-ordered items ship?
Pre-ordered items are not available to ship at the time of purchase. Please note, any order that includes a pre-order item along with in-stock item(s) will ship when the pre-order item becomes available. Due to our system limitations, we are unable to split ship your order.
How do I know my product is genuine?
We are committed to bringing you only the authentic, genuine and recently produced products. We source our products directly from our partner brands in Korea and/or with their official and verified distributors.
Product descriptions and ingredients:
From time to time brands update product descriptions on the packaging, as well as the formulas with updated ingredients. We practice our diligence in reflecting these changes in our shop as soon as we can. However, if you see a discrepancy on what you see on our site and the product you received, please refer to the product packaging for the most up-to-date ingredients.
How do I check the balance on my e-gift card?
