Why We Love it
Skin Fit Mineral Sun Cream is perfect for those sensitive to chemical UV filters. It's hydrating and cooling with minimal white cast. Gorgeous matte finish!
UVA - Long wave ultraviolet A (UVA) rays penetrate deep into the dermis, the skin's thickest layer and causes premature skin aging, wrinkling and dark spots.
UVB - Short wave ultraviolet B (UVB) rays burn the superficial layers of the skin and is the main cause of sunburn and skin cancer.
PA - More + signs mean longer protection against UVA
SPF - Higher numbers mean longer protection against UVB

Inspired by nature’s most gentle ingredients, like repairing snail mucin and moisturizing honey, Benton creates natural products that help improve skin. The name Benton is derived from “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button” the story of an old man who becomes younger and younger. Benton’s desire is to turn back time and regain skin’s original vibrant condition. Benton products avoid parabens, mineral oil, alcohol, benzophenone, chemical preservatives and steroids.

I have issues tolerating chemical sunscreen actives so I’m always on the lookout for a good mineral spf. This Benton sunscreen does the job well. The cream is light and moisturizing without feeling greasy, sticky, or thick. Although I don’t usually like fragrance in my skincare, this doesn’t bother my skin at all. I’ve had no issues or breakouts with this. I have dark skin so white cast is always a problem with mineral sunscreen and I don’t wear makeup to cover it on a daily basis. However, the cast on this is ok and less noticeable than my other La Roche Posay mineral sunscreen (cast would be undetectable under a tinted moisturizer or foundation). Price is great too! Only giving four stars because I wish the bottle was bigger.
Caused a bit of acne, and I didn’t notice any increased skin health with Benton. Was effective as a sunscreen, but I liked my old stuff better. It left my face more smooth and didn’t increase acne.
I'm a sunscreen fanatic and I'll have to say this one is a pass. With so many sunscreens (k-beauty or otherwise) on the market nowadays, why spend money on one that leaves a white cast? I have a light medium skintone for shade reference. The rosemary scent is unique and I'll describe the finish to be slightly powdery.
I will definitely use this for my hands and body this summer but will not repurchase. I may even mix this with my Beauty of Joseon sunscreen when I want to tone the dew down. Go get the BOJ one instead!
