I absolutely love this toner for the layer skin method. I have very sensitive skin and bouts of rosacea now and then. I pat this toner with my hands onto wet skin after washing my face in the morning and after showering at night. I put in on before moisturizer.
This is a great toner for sensitive skin. Perfect for layering and using before acids. Love it!
I wanted to love this, but unfortunately it caused me an allergic reaction after the first time using it. I used it for two more days to see if my skin would acclimate but it is clear that my skin doesn't like this at all. The worst part is that OHLOLLY does not accept returns if the item is used. Money down the drain...
