International Shipping
Ohlolly is excited to offer worldwide shipping via the USPS or DHL Express. International shipping rates are calculated at check-out depending on the weight of the package.  For more information on your specific shipping destination, please refer to USPS or DHL Express pages. Tracking is not included in USPS First Class International Package Service.  International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes and fees. Customs value (USD) will be annotated as the full value of all products - discounts are not considered in the customs total value. Please note that Ohlolly does not have any prior knowledge or control over these charges and cannot estimate the amount. In the event the package is refused by the recipient or the Customs, or returned by the postal carrier undeliverable, the order will not be re-shipped.  Fees including round-trip shipping, customs fees, if applicable will be deducted from the refund. Please note we do not accept returns on international orders.

All products are shipped directly from Los Angeles, CA.  Orders placed before 3 pm PST/PDT will be processed and shipped the next day. Orders placed on Fridays and over the weekend will be processed and shipped on the following Monday. Shipping confirmation email along with tracking information, if available, will be sent when your order is processed. 

Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or returned or delayed packages by the postal service.
 

RETURNS

Returns of full-price merchandise must be made within 21 days of your order date. Returned products must be new, unopened and in original condition. Please email us at hello@ohlolly.com with your order number and the product(s) you’d like to return for shipping instructions. Items returned without a Return Authorization Number are not eligible for refund.

All Sale items, Special Discount Offers and purchases made during Special Sales Events (including free shipping, pop-up, etc.) are final sale and are not eligible for return/refund. Please check the parameters of the promotion before purchasing.

Within 7 days of our receiving your return, your refund will be processed after an inspection and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund credit to post to your account.

Please note return shipping fees are responsibility of the purchaser and the original shipping fees paid are non-refundable. Also, refused shipments will not be refunded.
