Order Processing
All products are shipped directly from our warehouse in California. Orders placed before 11 AM Pacific Time will be processed and shipped on the same business day. Others will be shipped the next business day. Please note our warehouse is open 8 AM - 4 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday except for holidays.

Changes & Cancellations
Unfortunately, we're unable to make any changes to your order or cancel it once the order has been placed. Orders are marked for processing as soon as they are received. Please be sure to review all information before placing an order.

Pre-orders
Occasionally pre-orders are offered for items that are expected to be available soon. The estimated shipping time for the item will be displayed on the product page. If an order is placed with a pre-ordered item, it will be fulfilled and mailed out when the pre-ordered item is available along with the rest of the ordered items, if any. Due to our system limitations, we cannot split-ship your order.

Order Tracking
A shipping confirmation email along with the tracking number will be sent when your order is processed and the shipping label is issued. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update.

Shipping in the U.S.
We offer free standard ground shipping (via USPS) on all orders over $50* to all U.S. states including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico & U.S. Virgin Islands. Orders under $50 will be charged a flat rate ground shipping fee of $6.95. Standard ground shipping may take 3-10 business days for deliveries.  *After any discounts/promotions are applied, excl. taxes or gift card purchases.

Expedited U.S. Shipping via UPS is available at checkout. The shipping fee is calculated based on weight and destination. Orders received by 11 AM Pacific Time will be processed and shipped on the same business day. Others will be shipped the next business day.

International Shipping
We're pleased to offer international shipping via DHL, FedEx or UPS. International shipping and import fees including customs duties, taxes, and fees are calculated at check-out. Depending on the destination and shipping service purchased, transit time can take from 3 to 12 business days.

Please note that currently, we do not ship to the following countries/regions:
     Algeria, Argentina, Greece, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, Peru, Spain, Turkey, Uruguay, and Vietnam

Please note we do not accept returns on international orders. Also, we are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incomplete/incorrect shipping addresses or packages that are refused by the Customs of the destination country. Refunds are not issued for undeliverable international packages.

Lost, Stolen or Undeliverable Packages
Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or returned or delayed packages by the postal service. Undeliverable packages will not be re-shipped. A refund less shipping cost incurred will be processed within 7 days of receipt of such returned package.

Incorrect Item Shipped
If your package arrived with items different from what you ordered we apologize! Please email us at hello@ohlolly.com for assistance.

Damaged Item
If you received a damaged product, please SAVE THE PACKAGE, PACKING MATERIALS & THE DAMAGED ITEM and email us at hello@ohlolly.com immediately for assistance.
If you have purchased SavedBy Package Protection, please submit your claim HERE.
