Deep Clear Cleansing Balm
Barrier-boosting Cleansing Balm!
Made of plant-derived ingredients that cleanse while soothing, the Pyunkang Yul Deep Clear Cleansing Balm leaves skin feeling fresh and hydrated. This first cleanser goes on as a solid balm, transforms into a silky oil cleanser on contact with the skin, and then becomes milky while rinsing. Formulated with a powerhouse combination of rice bran, macadamia seed and sunflower seed oils, this balm hydrates and nourishes while it cleanses. Green tea seed oil calms and purifies, while tea tree and centella asiatica extracts soothe irritation while fighting blemishes for smoother skin. Ceramide, panthenol, and hyaluronic acid also work to strengthen the skin's moisture barrier while eggplant and licorice root extracts smooth and brighten uneven skin tones.

The best cleansing balm I've found. It melts easily on contact with your skin, similar to coconut oil. It complete melts off all makeup, even my waterproof mascara, in very little time. It rinses off clean without any film or residue left behind. No fragrance, doesn't irritate my eyes. The only thing I wish was different was that the packaging wasn't as bulky.
The Haruharu Black Rice Cleansing Oil is my go to cleansing oil but the Pyunkang Yul Deep Clear Cleansing Balm is just as good, plus it has the added benefit of ease when traveling (it's a balm, whereas the Haruharu is liquid). It removes my makeup very well and doesn't cause any irritation. Another great product from Ohlolly.
I love Pyunkang Yul's cleansing balm, it removed makeup well for me and never irritates my eyes. There is a very natural, subtle scent. I've tried a few other cleansing balms that are the same price or more expensive and I prefer this one. I tried the PY cleansing oil as well, which is nice but I prefer the cleansing balm because it is less messy. You can also put it in a small container for travel more easily than the cleansing oil. For reference, I have sensitive skin with rosacea.
