This all-in-one wash-off mask from Beauty of Joseon leaves skin brightened, hydrated and soothed. Rice Lees extract (a byproduct of traditional Korean rice wine) moisturizes and boosts elasticity in the skin, while honey provides deep hydration and antibacterial properties that nourish & brighten while soothing inflammation & acne. Kaolin clay and natural rice hull powder also work together to purify pores & gently exfoliate the skin without damaging the skin barrier. Once removed, this mask will leave the skin feeling soothed and soft.
Makgeolli Lees Extract Upcycled from traditional Korean rice wine, this extract is rich in brightening, moisturizing, and elasticity-boosting properties. It is carefully extracted through low-temperature fermentation to preserve its beneficial components, promoting clear and vibrant skin.
Rice Hull Powder A gentle natural exfoliant, rice hull powder effectively removes dead skin cells and impurities, refining skin texture and tone.
Honey (5%) Known for its antibacterial and moisturizing benefits, honey soothes irritation and provides deep hydration, leaving the skin smooth and supple.

This mask has a wonderful texture, soft, creamy, stays in place. It has just enough grains for a gentle manual exfoliation, with honey for calming. I put it on before a shower, let it sit in the stream, and rinse off at the end. It's a joy to use this mask
I purchased this for my 2 teenage daughters who need a deep cleansing mask to ward off acne. They thought it was just so-so. (I tried it too & felt the same.) We all came out with similar opinions - it left our skin feeling clean but not the same soft and magical difference we’ve experienced from other masks purchased thru Ohlolly. They will continue using it but I will likely repurchase a previous mask for them once it’s gone.
